Founded in 1993, Audros is the software editor of the Audros PLM (Product Life-Cycle Management) system. Audros focuses on helping companies to build a network of data and knowledge to leverage the business productivity. Audros relies on its PLM solution to manage and secure all documents, operations and data relating to the product lifecycle. The technical expertise of Audros and its partners ensures a rapid integration with existing information systems (ERP, CAD, CRM …).
Audros is a french acronym: “Aide à l’Utilisation des Données dans un Réseau d’OrdinateurS”. Rather than using a standard Windows folder tree structure, Audros creates a veritable “spider’s web” by linking data. Each data entry Audros is enriched with additional information according to its nature (attributes). This principle facilitates the path of information through immediate access to the structure of use cases (objects fathers) and composition (son objects) by defining the level of depth and the type selection links navigation. So Audros can manage documents and items and to integrates them in BOM which facilitated the tracking and management changes. Audros has been actively involved in several projects at national level. The latest is PEGASE. PEGASE is a platform which enables a change of the organization, using a new approach. This approach is based on a Serious Game architecture whose goal is to promote the added values of PLM systems within the company.

Audros will provide an open PLM platform as the core of the ProRegio ICT system and plays a crucial role in exploitation. As a PLM software Editor, Audros will contribute to different tasks of specification, implementation, verification and validation of PLM tools in the global Proregio framework. Especially, it is leader of the tasks 2.4, 2.6, 4.2 and 5.2. Furthermore, Audros will lead the exploitation plan.
